Constables Arrest Suspect for Second Driving While IntoxicatedOn June 7, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the 22800 block of Gosling Rd. The driver was identified as Miguel Guevara, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that he had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated. "Miguel Guevara was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 2nd Offense.
