Juvenile Arrested For Injury To Disabled Person
On September 29, 2022 deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 19300 block of Oak Station Drive in reference to a disturbance.
Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that a juvenile suspect assaulted an autistic victim.
During the course of the investigation, the juvenile suspect admitted to assaulting the autistic victim and possibly breaking his arm.
"The juvenile was arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Injury to a Disabled Person." - Constable Mark Herman
