Constable Canine Captures Evading Suspect
On January 17, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 25500 block of Lynbriar Lane in reference to a suspicious male.
Upon deputies arriving, the male quickly evaded on foot.
A police perimeter was set and a constable K-9 responded to the scene.
While fleeing, the suspect made entry into a residence in attempt to elude deputies.
A Constable Canine located the suspect in a garage of another residence in the 25500 block of Stone Mill Lane.
He was apprehended and identified as Seth Riddle.
Further investigation revealed that he was out on bond for Theft and Indecent Exposure.
"Seth Riddle was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Evading.
His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
