Suspect Arrested For Methamphetamine
On January 16, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 7700 block of E FM 1960 Road.
The driver was identified as Billy Copeland.
During the course of the traffic stop, he was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine.
"Billy Copeland was arrested and booked in the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 178th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
