Successful Arrest Leads To Arrest Of Wanted Felon
On June 14, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office executed a warrant service at a residence in the 7200 block of Foxtail Meadow Ct.
Deputies located and detained the wanted felon, Edgar Mendiola Tovar who had an open warrant for a Strangulation Assault case.
"Edgar Mendiola Tovar was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the Felony Warrant.
His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 182nd District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
