Medical Foster Needed at the Pearland ShelterMEDICAL FOSTER NEEDED.Sweet Gembala is a young Great Pyrenees mix that is as sweet as pie. She had been wandering between pastures on the far west side of town when she came up limping and they were able to get her to the shelter. X-rays revealed a pretty bad break. Luckily they all look like clean breaks and surgery to repair the leg was the best option for her. She is currently having the surgery to repair the leg. Once she is out of recovery she will come back to the shelter and hopefully find a foster family that can care for her while she heals and/or until she finds a forever family. Gembala is about 7-8 months old and about 50-55 pounds already. She is very gentle even through her injury.
