Constable Precinct 4 Constable's Office Of The Year AwardCongratulations to Deputy Jessenia Babar!Deputy Jessenia Babar with Constable Mark Herman's Office is currently assigned to the Special Operations Unit. Since her time with SOU, she has cemented herself as an integral member of the unit and this agency. Throughout 2020, she responded to hundreds of calls for services, issued over 1,100 citations and arrested more than 25 criminals. She was also recognized by the Harris County District Attorney's Office for her efforts in investigating crimes related to fraud, identity theft and embezzlement. She is one of the most professional, dedicated and loyal members of the unit. Her hard work and respect for the department's core values makes her well deserving of this recognition.
