During this time of repair and restoration following the severe inclement weather the City experienced last week, it's important to keep aware of proper disposal methods for damage debris versus routine household garbage! The proper procedure for setting out any larger storm-related debris is to leave it on the curb in an intentional pile WITHOUT bagging it up in trash bags, INCLUDING sheet rock, insulation, flooring, etc. Please continue bagging normal household garbage and place on the curb SEPARATELY from construction and demolition debris.
