Suspect Arrested For Indecency With A Child
Investigators with Constable Mark Herman's Office received a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding an on-line account alleged to contain images of child sexual exploitation.
Investigators determined the owner of the account to be Darrian Kingsley, and a search warrant was obtained and executed.
Upon executing the search warrant, investigators not only located several child sexual exploitation imagery but evidence that he was sexually assaulting children himself.
Constable investigators interviewed him and he admitted to possessing and distributing child sexual exploitation imagery and also sexually abusing two children under the age of 13.
With the evidence obtained through a detailed and thorough investigation, Constable Investigators charged him with Indecency with a Child, Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Sexual Performance by Child.
As a result of this successful operation, investigators were able to rescue these children from the potential of further abuse.
Darrian Kingsley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecency with a Child, 3 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and 3 counts of Sexual Performance by a Child.
His total bond was set at $700,000.00 out of the 176th District Court.
